Join us in our Brand-New Brookfield Office Location! This position will be eligible for a hybrid work option following the training period for this position.

• Accurately process enrollment applications, terminations, and changes based on policy limitations, following up for additional information as required
• Analyze bill reports received to ensure accurate calculation of reported lives, volume, premium paid, and contact clients as needed to complete monthly reconciliation
• Verify EE eligibility and coverage/premium data for carriers on claims received
• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries (phone calls and emails) timely, professionally, and courteously
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management are essential

• A college degree or relevant college coursework focused on math/accounting is preferred for this Group EE Benefits - Billing Rep position in Brookfield, WI, US.
• Previous experience in an insurance enrollment/premium billing department or knowledge of insurance industry practices is advantageous
• The ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting is essential
• Strong critical thinking skills and a keen eye for accuracy are highly valued qualities for this role
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (such as Word, and Excel) and data entry, along with a willingness to learn new software, is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary for this position
